This might be a stupid question but what does that mean exactly, does that mean she's still our CEO or was her appointment as CEO needing to get approved by shareholders and he blocked it?

I'm guessing it's the former as surely the BOD decide who gets appointed as CEO and not shareholders but I'm just a little confused now as to what the ramifications of Mittoni voting that down means?

It's a shame because the SP had recovered ok back to 1.6/1.7 and was looking like building back towards 2c which would of been an excellent rebound from recent lows but alas here we are again.

As I said I fear for the future just because he still hold 260M odd shares and that can be used in a number of ways evidently to hold the company back so it's not ideal but not sure anyone can do anything about it at the same time.
