Id have to agree the salaries are high, i would have expected 350 to 400k. but if everything works out maybe not. Not sure of Ms Unwin's age but it seems she is younger than one might expect and if she is good then that might be a good thing. She will still have the hunger and drive to actually work for her salary rather than sit back and just suck up the money and shares and options as many seem to in the same position with multiple companies. I think from what i have seen so far she is keen to het her hands dirty and do everything she can to make this appointment stand out on her cv.
Hayes is a good choice as hes expressed interest already in drugging the undruggable so hopefully we are just giving him the tools to achieve miracles
