Fairly new to this one Saint but gut feel is that they are being a bit too theoretical in rewarding them further. They have a well paid job, shouldn't that be enough to encourage them to get the best price if they go the wind up route? Presumably though the major shareholders have been consulted (and presumably agreed) given the top 4 holders are dominating the register.

Any plan to attend the meeting? A bit hard for me from Melbourne.
