if there was any impropriety then LDN would not he staying around for the next 12 months and the BOD wouldn't want him.
The next 12 months is going to be hectic to say the least and maybe deep down in his heart of hearts LDN's mindset is that his
"life balance" would not be right if he stayed on any longer full time.
His job is not a nine to fiver, certainly not now and for the past 4-5 months.
I congratulate him for sticking around and "showing the ropes" to the new kid in town.
The transition will be seamless and will not effect the operations of BRN one bit.
You have positioned this Company towards greatness. Akida will do the rest
