I think what a lot of people have missed here is that the announcement to market today didn't include a message from LD himself so it is clear it was done on bad terms and the payout figure can then be concluded to keep him quiet on the way out. The other fact that that they did this with no search already underway for a replacement means it was a sudden decision.

I can't see this as a positive thing unless an upcoming replacement announcement follows shortly i see a decline for BRN, for full disclosure i sold out all my BRN holdings today but am open to coming back if things change. I am a firm believer of holding a stock through volatility if you believe in the product and the management, and today the latter changed here sadly.
