I agree, have to question the BoD on this, certainly with the timing.
Who exactly drove this decision? Only 5 of them including LDN.
Christa or Geoffrey? unlikely.
Get the sneaky feeling that Lou's job was just to keep the seat warm for PVDM. No real problem with that from my pov.
