I am hoping that they have an agreement with Louis DiNardo about how many of his 7,500,000 shares he can sell each day.
What we don't need is a large volume of sells in a concentrated period. He is a significant shareholder and when they leave a firm I always get a bit edgy about significant sell off from the leaving employee. I hold quite a bit of BRN and want to keep it that way for a long time.
I am hoping that they have an agreement with Louis DiNardo about...
