Perhaps I can add some perspective to this discussion. I have been a CEO of a number of organisations, including 2 software companies, over the last 20 years. In later times (i.e. over the last 8-10 years) I gained a reputation for "putting humpty dumpty back together", righting the ship and sending it on its way in good shape. But each time I managed that, the board and I would decide that my work was done and that it was time to look for someone else to push on into the future. I think that's what's happened here. LDN has seen off the danger period and had a big hand in setting BRN for a very bright future. My suspicion is that both he and the board agreed that his job was now doen and it's time to hand the reins to someone with a different set of skills......... FWIW and my opinion only
