I tripled my money on ADN. But I never would have invested if I’d known how events would transpire. JM didn’t make millionaires at ADN. They produced nothing of value. Some became millionaires through wealth re-distribution, not wealth creation. As Guemar said, for every seller at 40c, there had to be a buyer. So the notion that everyone could have ‘cashed-in’ is illogical. Surely you are not saying that you don’t care, so long as you are not the last one left holding the bag?
Now is the time to warn people to do some very critical due-diligence, and hopefully no one will be left holding the bag.
Lastly, two things can be true. Yes, I am responsible for my own investment decisions. And yes, BODs are responsible for their actions. One does not negate the other. You shouldn't care about my investment decisions. But you should care about your new CEO's history. So rather than focusing on who did and didn't 'cash-in', I suggest you look very closely at your new CEO.
