It’s fantastic to see the CEO recruiting industry related talent, experience and internationalism and not a job for the mates from the old establishment.
What I have seen of this CEO so far he has accessed and is now only starting the execution phase of a truly world class dairy company.
It will be very interesting to see what “value adds” come out of the new factory.
