I don't think Spicers offer Quarterly Reports ? Could be wrong but checking link below they only do Half Yearly.

I definitely think it would be constructive to get 1/4 updates, news about what the new Board are doing and and Company progress would definitely assist the share price.

Could be that only relatively new Co's are required to lodge 1/4ly reports ?
