Good to hear a bit of rage by the maachine..

Unfortunately IMO your take is completely wrong. There is nothing in the annual report that suggests the price being reset at all, in fact you can't do it. Firstly why would Zardo agree to it when he already has the securities granted and secondly it's impossible under securities law to change the price of an existing security.

Let's recap to identify where you have got your wires crossed:

Directors notice Appendix 3Y issued on the 28/11/22 - Zardo has 10 million Class C performance shares converted to ordinary shares at a "deemed" price of 3.6 cents per share (there's your $360,000) but alas it actually cost him nothing - ZERO.

Then of course ZEO took over Kalotech and Zardo happened to be a shareholder of that company so he put out another 3Y on the 3/3/23 showing that he received another 6,784,000 shares for ZERO.

Then on the 16/3/23 he put out another 3Y where he did an off market transfer of 1,713,229 from one entity to another so there was no change of beneficial ownership but SOLD on market 2,355,912 and banked another $135,234.

So in a nutshell there's plenty more free shares been had and more money been banked. As I said good if you can get it but can't see how in any way any of this is in the interests of shareholders.

Another example of the two speed economy in ZEO IMO and the have's and the have nots. You don't have to be a good accountant to work any of this out.
