LOL lets not all cry Wolf now….just read the 2023 Annual Report

Let me see, first following is from annual report confirms 12m incentive shares price was revised from 5c to 8c (Auditors Report) I know its unlikely (as you say) that a Director would agree to (below), which was in SH's interest, but it happened.


Secondly the 10m share issuance in Dec 22, was associated with a performance milestone which was set in 2020 as part of Mr. Zardo original employment agreement , pg 20



And, saving the best for last...the 6m or so shares Mr. Zardo received were in consideration for part ownership of Toondoon Project (incl. Mining Lease), which ZEO secured for 37m shares, my view and that of the Independent Expert Report was it looked to be a pretty good deal for shareholder, IER was lodged with the ASX indicated a valuation range.

Low side $8m to High side $55m for a consideration (37m shares at 7c at the time, equating to $2.3m to $2.6m consideration). IMHO that does definitely not looking like giving free shares away but rather again, a pretty good deal for SH's

At the end of the day, its all there for those that DYOR, rather than listen to a (broken record) Wolf & rusty Maachine bantering on.
