But the directors have fully paid shares without achieving any incentive hurdles via a free loan from shareholders. After Zardo belted out $2.75m in stock at 9 and got 10 million shares back via shareholder funds less than two months later at nearly half the price.
No hurt money that is the overall conclusion. Again you seem so bullish on all this can you give me an example of another company that’s used these types of non recourse loans? As I’ve said I don’t know any.
