too much speculation

and conclusion jumping is making this forum monotonous, boring and ineffective.
The court business is simple.
ADY asked for confirmation of "...no later than 30 September 2008" The court said ok. PT has repeatedly said ADY can and will pay in time. Before we start concluding bankruptcy proceedings, liquidation, winding up, mandatory extensions..... how about we just let PT get on with the job. By next Tuesday we will have an answer.
And if you guys keep hounding Maria she/you are quite liable to disclose or infer something that will get someone in the shirt seriously.
ADY will make it! on it's own merits. The next few months will be important, but the scaremongering that is creeping into this forum is not going to help anyone.
