It is past time, IMO. He's done an incredible job of creating wealth, but I am not sure he was the right guy to be leading this project now. The Twitter spat was one thing, but I doubt that was more of a symptom of the cause. To me that felt like a guy feeling the pressure and not handling it well. It's disappointing that there wasn't a permanent replacement named and ready.
