About time KSL share price started climbing. Even without the additional 44c potential gain the dividend alone is worth it. Doubly so for pensioners and self-funded retirees who have a marginal tax rate near zip (no franking credits). 11% divi is still 8.5x better than a savings account (CBA = 1.3%). Both are less any income tax of course.
