Seems like Bevan wasn't happy with how the business was performing and has come in to improve / change things, he does still own 4.4% of the company (even after his selldown)... and that used to be worth a whole lot more...
I suspect we will see some hollow-logs thrown out to the market over the quarter, announce all the negative news, blame previous management and then reposition for execution.
I am surprised there has not been an industry bidder though at these levels, it seems like a very good fit for a CISCO.
