I guess it is a combination of having to kick goals and the outside trauma pressures. He has been there a while now and Mp1 has some new major holders who want results. Tough market conditions looming also. Thought he did a good job, but perhaps it is the profits MP1 made me over the years that I remember.
There has to be more played out in 23, will they need more $$$ or will a profit come. Is a target also, just has to be.
We shall see.....
