I'm content with their performance rights packages, most of the previous milestone criteria that was cancelled, would have been achieved in a 12month period more or less anyway.
This way the carrot is dangled a bit further away, (not that far away).
From what they have achieved in such a short period of time and the fact we will be in production soon, you couldn't pay them enough imo.
We would be drilling dusters in the West Arunta or Canada still it wasn't for Michael and Steve, no thanks.
