A little too much on the retention side (near term) for my liking. Linking 9m rights just to stay for 18 mths seems a bit generous. Would prefer they linked them to milestones of the business being hit.
I like the SP targets, but feels a but like they are there to balance out the retention generosity.
I loved the pres today. Really impressive and promising.
