The oppies are "in"the money I believe,
they just need to pay CYP 40c each to exercise them before they expire in Sept 2017 – converting them to full shares
so at the current SP it's a $300k bonus – congrats
meanwhile Stewart Washer bought 20000 shares on market at about 98.5c
yeah skin in the game as they say
