I settled on a few thoughts related to the Robert Hayes Directorship resignation a few weeks ago.
The analysis of the CEO resignation has me completely baffled.
All I can conclude is that if Phylogica wanted Hayes to stay, financially he would be motivated with an attractive plan. Working conditions etc could be massaged, whatever would be addressed.
So, I have not formed a conclusion. This leaves me (maybe others too) somewhat alarmed. In the meantime I look forward to the data analysis that may clear many clouds and spring Phylogca into a market leadership withine the next few weeks. GLTA
In his own words, Dr Rob Hayes role was to identify and implement technologies to ensure the continued evolution of the CPP platform. Job done. The announcement seems to suggest as much in that the role of CSO will be left vacant with the future priority identified as the appointment of an Executive Team for IND studies.
