It always looks bad when you get things like CSO resigning on Xmas Eve as the markets asleep.
But it was also a bit of a mystery as Hayes went dark after resigning abruptly.
Seems he's just come out again appointed as CSO for Immusoft - fairly early stage company in gene therapy but backed by Peter Thiel amongst others in Silicon Valley at start up.
