Peppers, reminds me of Altium back when they were languishing around 40c and they dumped the founding Director from the Board and from any executive influence he had within the company. The company never looked back from that point and are now $32 !!! I panicked at that time and sold my 200,000 shares (cost $60,000) which today would have netted me a cool $6.6 mill. Sad story but true, moral of the story .... change can be good.
