That is my thoughts. The title of the announcement is also rather unusual - not "Resignation of the CEO", but a vague "Executive team changes" like the company is trying to hide the news.
I find it hard to think under what circumstances it could be good for the CEO to leave at sudden notice with no explanation or replacement. The market never likes uncertainty.
