History says when a company with no earnings does share buy backs, it doesn't end well.
Do a buyback at 18.5c. SP up 1 tick.
Company runs out of cash in a year. SP drops in anticipation of this.
Then the company is forced to raise capital at much lower price levels.
I reckon top shareholders are working hard to prevent this blunder.
