He was always an interim CEO as per their previous Ann. Clearly they are looking for someone with relevant experience and expertise in the field. Interestingly they look like expanding into Europe and the US.
The Company is also in discussions with sales and marketing specialists in the US and the Board is interviewing
and searching for a global CEO with the requisite background and experience suitable for global scaling of the
ClearVue business. The Board looks forward to updating the market in coming weeks on the appointment of a European CEO and
other key appointments.
