Whats going to happen if they list solgold on the london exchange with capital gains ? Will DGR have to take a loan or sell its stake down in Solgold ? Some are sayin no capital gains tax is payable.

Maybe this is the reason why DGR is so heavily discounted, I doubt we will see .20¢ this side of Christmas FWIW.
