EXERCISE: FIN: Notice of exercise date for employee share options

Finzsoft Solutions Limited (NZX: FIN) - Notice of exercise date for employee
share options pursuant to Listing Rule 7.12.8(a)(i)
On 30 June 2012, the Company issued 120,000 options to acquire ordinary
shares in the Company (Options) to selected eligible employees of the Company
under the Finzsoft Solutions Limited Employee Share Option Plan (the Plan).
These Options will become exercisable on 30 November 2013. Option holders
with Options issued on this date which have not otherwise lapsed under the
terms of the Plan may exercise all or any of their Options on or at any time
following 30 November 2013.
The decision whether to exercise any Options is a matter solely for Option
holders to determine. If Option holders have any queries, doubts or concerns
regarding whether or not they should exercise their Options, they should seek
advice from an accredited and approved NZX Adviser, an accredited and
approved NZX Associated Adviser or any person approved by NZX to act as an
NZDX Adviser in the NZDX for a Client Advising Participant. In addition, the
Company recommends that Option holders should seek financial, legal and
taxation advice before exercising their Options.
