Mercer Group Limited - Announcement regarding notice to exercise warrants
Mercer Group Limited ("Mercer") has received notice that Murray Capital
Rakaia Fund LP ("Rakaia Fund") has resolved to exercise all 34,371,533 of its
warrants on 31 October 2013 for the agreed total subscription price of
$1,718,576.65, under the terms of Warrant Subscription Agreement dated 16
November 2010 ("Agreement") between Mercer and Rakaia Fund. Under the terms
of the Agreement, Rakaia Fund has the option to buy up to 34,371,533 ordinary
Mercer shares at a price per share of $0.05. Mercer expects to receive a
formal exercise notice from Rakaia Fund on 31 October 2013.
