The AGM notes said the company has two weeks to issue the shares following the exercise of the options so a change in substantial holding should be out around the end of this week to confirm Harrington's current holding.
I would be surprised if they have sold any shares recently as they only sold previously due to Corporations Act requirements which didnt apply this time.
