It is depressing to look at what other companies have done and compare it to the slow slow go nowhere attitude of ICN.This post was full of suggestions over a year ago including mine that ICN should have partnered up with one of the big boys which would have provided expertise, cash and an earlier drilling program.So by now they would have proven reserves and a development program which could have been debt funded assuming they had a market for the gas, so no need for all the big dilution potential.
Despite all this there are still plenty of believers out there and the stock will be promoted around drilling time in Feb so I think it will work its way back up .
