This whole option debacle was very very poorly negotiated by ICN with Santos.I have checked and for small caps like ICN, only the very inexperienced use closing price in the conversion formula. There should have also been a requirement that the owner can not convert and dump.Anything creative or imaginative is way beyond the current exec management.
