    Yeah most micro-cap explorers mgmt. just give themselves cheap opts and shares not the HMX boys they are right here on the same level as us retail Shareholders HUGE respect put own money in..they will like us be greatly rewarded on commercial discovery's

    Also plan to exercise all of my opts ... prob in AUG
