Agree that 5.2m shares is quite a lot to churn through (if K S Capital want to unload them).

But K2F does have some momentum at the moment, and the announcement of the Vale and S32 deals being finalised from the POC would be a good start to churning through some of those 5.2m shares.

And I am sure there will be quite a few more Rcubed deals as we get closer to the compliance deadline - which from memory is now only about 7 or 8 months away.

And finally I am 100% sure that Brian will be eyeing off some other way undervalued $400K to $750K acquisition - so that we can start selling all these massive companies a lot more products.
