K S Capital is not going to hold all those shares and dump on market for small gain. They’ve entered sub underwriting agreements with lots of current investors in the stock. Yes they may dump some they hold and there is a small dip.
But overall this is positive IMO. I won’t be dumping my allocation. K2F is well capitalised now for the future.

They’ve got the great problem of being fairly stretched in delivering their products to a growing client base with new clients knocking on the door wanting in. I imagine they’ll be investing in improving their capacity to deliver for existing and new clients. Will be great to see how this plays out next few months IMO. DL
