Like to be wrong, but think this is Minjar Gold's Kirkalocka treatment plant, not BLZ's Kirkalocka.
"The Project is 20km north of Minjar Gold Pty Ltd’s Kirkalocka Gold operation which includes a 2.1 Mtpa treatment plant and other associated infrastructure."
