STRONG GOVERNMENT BACKING. This implies a lot more than just Peak exercising its land option, which was a right it held and really had nothing to do with the government. The fact it's getting "backing" means a lot more than Peak simply going about its business.
What exactly have the government backed in this latest development? Nothing...
