If EFE decides the Tenement is'nt living up to expectations or has'nt delivered the desired outcome, they can turn to Amery and say, "you want to buy it back". (The $1 consideration). >> Nominal consideration can be anything that may be considered to have some value. A common form in which nominal consideration is expressed is “the payment of $1 (receipt of which something is acknowledged)”. Only Amery and EFE will know the details of the meaning of the word "something"
