This is my guess of what's happening and only my opinion !
Capper @ 4c so accumulation can keep happening @ 3.9c, then sometime next week this will take off with a positive announcement to 5c-6c followed by a capital raising announcement.
So still 50% to be made here, strong at 3.9c today all day.
All orchestrated like other hundreds of other stocks on the ASX.
Sometime later in the year though we can still see this going to 10c like it did months ago.
Potential is there if management plays their cards right.
