It is common practice when raising capital that they do so at a rate that is attractive to whos providing the cash, theres an immediate profit for them, from the companies point of view they get the cash quickly, again prob to the group of wealthy investors they were introduced to prior to xmas, it slways seems a bit unfair but to do a cap raising to existing shares holders involves time and money. my thoughts only
