Further to my previous post / workings on 22/5, http://hotcopper.com.au/posts/15333737/single , we have had two more 3B's totalling another $150k (27/5 & 2/6) so by my calcs (on info I can see & assumptions) only need ~ $168k give or take to make the 51% tranche.

Closer and closer.....lol

Expect there may be more conversions though to add over and above the $168k to ensure all cash needed for the Co. is met in the interim. The original Opts & conditions were issued sometime ago @Lauban so the price was set then I guess, not new issuing at more current vwap etc.
