Question for the business guru's seeing we are still seeing options converted. It may be a stupid question
Does NXR still pay the $1.7 odd mill to go to 51%?
Or is the 40% to 100% acquistion now all via the share placement?
Or, is the 600k loan virtually an advanced payment for the final tranche?

There are also 25 odd million options available at 5c. What happens to these when they are also raising $5mill? Will the $5mill be above and beyond these option?
