Who wouldn't buy 5m shares at an average of .0325c - at a 38% discount to the current share price? That is just good business sense - particularly as (apart from start up) the SP has never been that low.
For me, a REAL "vote of confidence" would have been if the Board had exercised as below....
"The Company also confirms that 4,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at 20c each will expire be the end of today and be cancelled".
