the most disappointing thing about this scenario is that there was a big push for new investors and promised information for mid/long term share holders the never came to fruition... if this was a day to day civil business deal, management would hang their head in shame if they walked past the investors in the street, people that lie behind the cusp of the cooperate world, should be accountable for false information and deceit.

it was a calculated risk that went terribly wrong, the fact than no MIN royalty numbers were released, no feasibility for a demo plant or commercial plant were even talked about, all punter were left with was a bag of coal come christmas.

wouldn't surprise me too if the collaboration with min fell apart due to egos in camps...
