how incompetent is the finance department of ISX, seems to be a real issue
good thing about cheques is they can be back dated ! but no insiders at ISX would ever do that surely !!!! ..maybe the board put pressure on given the negative impact of the initial ( correct) release....
yet another great example of ISX financial governance and transparency.
but keep believing ......
