    Possible explanations:
    • Exerciser believes market will tank, wants to collect and sell shares.
    • Exerciser believes EM2 specifically will tank, want to collect and sell shares.
    • Exerciser believes amazing results coming, wants to get shares to take profits (not sure about this one).
    • Exerciser wants to buy big house or payout wife in messy divorce, needs cash and therefore wants to collect and sell shares.

    In points 1, 2 or 4 the offloading of this quantity of shares could put pressure on SP.
