Ann: Exercise of Options, page-15

My philosophy on the options is to buy at market and keep the options in the tank. When the share price hits the inevitable 50 cents then l might consider exercising.

There are going to be some really critical decisions over the ensuing months and l want to make sure that my perspective is known and considered in the boardroom. I will exercise my options immediately if l believe that this space shuttle is not powering at full throttle into orbit. I don’t think that this will be necessary with Mencel and Chrisp weaving their magic in the control room.

Remember, and it is important in these times, look after your mental health and don’t suffer from sell regret. There is not enough literature in this topic and there needs to be more.
