What amazing good luck. Congratulations to those shareholders who, by the good fortune of the market, have been able to participate in a capital raising at a jolly good discount while their options remain under water and then, what do you know, a few days later are able to convert their options because, by pure serendipity, they have suddenly come into the money. As Socrates (or was it Dame Edna Everage?) once said, in the market, timing is everything.
